His campaign page describes him as a lifelong resident of the district, lists a Brasher Falls address and notes that he attended Clarkson University. He has not previously held county office. He has said he wants to address staffing shortages in volunteer emergency medical services and improve cell coverage, and that he opposes a blanket data center moratorium but would reject a project shown to cause harm.
