All hot holding functional meatballs 148F, Mac and cheese 150F, Soup 153F. All cold holding refrigeration functional sliced tomatoes 43F. Salad bar cold holding functional mac salad 42F, Potatoes salad 40F. Both walk-in coolers functional pasta 42F, rice 40F, sliced tomatoes 41F, sliced ham 42F. Walk-in freezer functional. Observed proper cooling of rice at the time of inspection. Clam chowder was actively cooking on stove top at the time of inspection. Machine dishwasher reaching proper sanitizing temperature. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organized. Bar area clean and organized.
