All cold holding adequate, tomato 44 degrees (prep unit), bacon 45 degrees (standing refrigerator). All hot holding adequate, soup 156 degrees, gravy 175 degrees. Noted proper dating of food product. New equipment, floors, and storage units for the kitchen after a recent remodel
