All cold and hot holding adequate. Tomato sauce (homemade) 37 degrees, cheese 37 degrees, meatballs 142 degrees, pizza sauce 141 degrees. Pizza waiver appears to be in use at the time of inspection, times are recorded. Facility is clean and organized.
