The City of Watertown Department of Public Works plans to close Chestnut Street between Sherman Street and Holcomb Street for road work on Monday, Sept. 28. The work is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and is expected to continue through the end of the day.
Temporary barricades and signs will be used, with flaggers at the work site. Drivers should use caution near the closure and work crews.
