Kathy J. Bellinger, 65, of Gouverneur, died Aug. 29, 2026, at home while receiving care from family and Hospice, according to funeral-home information included in the submission. The information said she had been battling colon cancer.
No service or calling hours are planned at her request. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home in Gouverneur. Donations in her memory were encouraged for Friends 4 Pound Paws.
