The St. Lawrence Office for the Aging organized a Senior Fall Fair in Gouverneur to bring older adults together and connect them with community resources.
The event included bingo, a turkey lunch, contests, information about services for seniors and live music. Andrea Montgomery, director of the St. Lawrence Office for the Aging, said social isolation and depression among older adults are widespread concerns.
