Lakeside Outdoor Services has grown from one plow route into year-round property care
The Watertown company started plowing snow in 2010 and now runs landscaping, grading and property maintenance across Jefferson County and the Thousand Islands — and is ClickNNY's first Pro Partner.

Lakeside Outdoor Services has been clearing and maintaining properties around Watertown since 2010, when the company started out as a snow plowing operation. It has since grown into a year-round property maintenance business working across Jefferson County and the Thousand Islands.
Winter is still the backbone of the work. The company handles commercial and residential snow plowing, snow removal and hauling, and salting and de-icing, and says it keeps a 24/7 response through the season. Its regular hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, but storms do not keep office hours.
The rest of the year the same crews turn to lawn mowing and maintenance, landscape design and installation, spring and fall cleanups, and topsoil, gravel and grading work. Both commercial and residential properties are taken on.
The service area is deliberately tight: Watertown, Fort Drum, Evans Mills, Black River, Adams, Carthage, Clayton, Cape Vincent, Alexandria Bay, Wellesley Island, Sackets Harbor, Brownville, Calcium, Dexter and the Thousand Islands. The company says it keeps the radius concentrated so it can get to properties quickly, particularly during a storm.
"We compete on showing up — on time, every storm, every service day," the company says on its website, summing up its approach as "do great work, show up when you say you will, and treat every property like it matters."
The operation runs a fleet of plow trucks and a dedicated salt spreader, dispatched digitally with documented service. The company describes itself as fully insured, with a certificate of insurance available on request — the sort of thing a commercial property manager asks for before anyone signs.
Customers have rated it 4.4 out of 5 across more than 60 Google reviews. "The best company out there!" wrote one reviewer, Samantha W.
